4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as outlined in individual service agreements. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. No Guarantee of Clearance

While we make every effort to secure sample clearances and licenses, we cannot guarantee that all rights holders will approve usage or that licenses will be available at commercially reasonable rates.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
